GR Employment is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join the team at the Wellingborough and Irthlingborough sites.

We’re looking for reliable individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.


Shitf pattern:

Wellingborough Site:

Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00

Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 to 06:00

Irthlingborough Site:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:00 

Please note that you will be required to work at both sites.

Transport is not provided, so you will need to arrange your own travel.

Pay Rates:

06:00 to 14:00 at £12.71 per hour

08:00 to 16:00 at £12.71 per hour

14:00 to 22:00 at  £13.22 per hour

22:00 to 06:00 at  £13.73 per hour

Breaks:

30-minute unpaid break

Two 15-minute paid breaks

Packing

Production work

Moving pallets using a pump truck

Loading and unloading

Transport is not provided, so you will need to arrange your own travel

Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and accountability

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong team player with effective collaboration and communication skills

 Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata

Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant
