GR Employment is currently recruiting a number of Warehouse Parcels Sorters/Warehouse Operatives in the Raunds area for a well-established organisation, where they will unload parcels from heavy goods vehicles.

The Warehouse loader position may involve heavy lifting and requires a good level of physical fitness. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

Shift Available:

Night shift:

Monday to Sunday: 11 PM to 8 AM

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (rising to £15.01 after 12 weeks)

PM Shift:

Monday to Friday: 4 PM to 9:30 PM (finish time may vary)

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (rising to £12.79 after 12 weeks)

Loading and unloading vehicles

Manual lifting of shipments is required

Sorting parcels into different locations

Scanning parcels

Some heavy lifting is involved

Ensure the warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after the end of the shift

Perform any other reasonable duties as required

No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided

Own transport to and from work

Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata

Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant

Weekly pay and pension scheme
