GR Employment Ltd is looking for a Class 1 Driver to work for one of our clients based in Sittingbourne, Panattoni Park area.

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience:

Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement

Digital tachograph and CPC cards

Have a minimum of 12 months of experience for Class 1

Be professional at all times

Have a flexible approach to work

No INI10, TT99 or DR10

Shifts available: 

Monday to Friday: 09:30 to 19:30

Pay rate:

£19.08 per hour

Overtime rate:

£27.26 per hour (paid after 40 hours)

You will be required to carry out vehicle checks, maintain the cleanliness of the cab, and ensure the load is correctly secured before driving.

You will manage collections.

Have a valid Driver CPC (regardless of driving onsite or offsite).

Have a Driver Digital Tachograph Card and use it at all times when driving (both onsite or offsite)..

At least 1 year of experience driving Class 1 vehicles

For insurance purposes, you must be at least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years

Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata

Ongoing support from your dedicated consultant
