GR Employment Ltd is recruiting Food Production Operatives / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of the UK's leading manufacturers of dried fruits, nuts, and seeds.

With over 100 years of manufacturing experience in the UK, our client is a well-established business producing high-quality, nutritious snack products for customers nationwide. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Food Production Operative / Warehouse Operative, you will be working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, supporting the production, packing, and distribution of high-quality food products.

You will play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while helping the business achieve daily production targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorking on a fast-moving production line.Packing and preparing products for distribution.Supporting the efficient running of production operations.Meeting daily production, quality, and efficiency targets.Carrying out product quality and packaging checks.Following food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety procedures at all times.Maintaining a clean and organised work area.Working effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals.Supporting colleagues to ensure production runs smoothly.Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required.What We're Looking ForReliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Good attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Willingness to learn new skills and follow procedures.Ability to work to quality and productivity targets.No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.Food Safety & Hygiene

As this is a food manufacturing environment, all employees will be required to:

Follow company food safety and hygiene procedures.Wear the appropriate PPE and protective clothing provided.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.Comply with all Health & Safety and food manufacturing regulations.Follow instructions relating to allergen control and food safety procedures.Physical Requirements

A variety of shift patterns are available. Allocation to a particular shift will be subject to business requirements and availability.

£12.71 per hour

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Friday
03:00pm - 11:00pm

Pay Rate:
£13.91 per hour

Night Shift

Sunday to Thursday
11:00pm - 07:00am

Pay Rate:
£14.46 per hour

Overtime

£19.07 per hour after 40.5 hours worked
