GR Employment Ltd is currently recruiting Warehouse Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operatives for a well-established logistics operation based in the Brackmills area of Northampton.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Parcel Sorter / Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring parcels are processed quickly, accurately, and safely throughout the warehouse operation.

Working as part of a dedicated warehouse team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, sorting parcels, scanning shipments, and helping to maintain the efficient flow of goods through the distribution process.

This is a physically active role that involves manual handling and lifting throughout the shift.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming and outgoing shipments.Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.Scan and process parcels accurately.Sort parcels into the correct warehouse locations.Ensure all shipments are handled carefully and efficiently.Work to operational targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Maintain a high level of attention to detail.Carry out manual handling activities, including lifting and moving parcels.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Ensure the warehouse is left clean and tidy at the end of each shift.Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.What We're Looking ForReliable and punctual individuals.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Good attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Comfortable with manual handling duties.No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.Applicants must be able to travel reliably to and from the workplace for the required shift times.Physical Requirements
