GR Employment Ltd is recruiting Part-Time Parcel Sorters / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of our clients, a global leader in parcel logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for regular part-time work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative (Operations Processor), you will play a key role in ensuring parcels and shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently. Working with secure, customs-cleared shipments, you will help ensure all incoming and outgoing parcels are handled to the highest standards and delivered within strict operational deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess all incoming and outgoing shipments.Scan and process shipments accurately.Sort and distribute shipments within the warehouse.Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently.Ensure all actions are completed quickly and efficiently.Maintain a high level of attention to detail.Handle shipments with care and accuracy.Work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Maintain high standards of health and safety.Work effectively as part of a team.Key Focus AreasPrecise and careful handling of shipments.Working to tight timeframes and deadlines.Demonstrating excellent teamwork.What We're Looking ForReliable and punctual individuals.Good attention to detail.Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment.Strong team-working skills.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.No experience required - full training provided.Security training will be provided where required.Shift Available

Pay Rates£13.02 per hourAdditional £2.80 per hour for hours worked after 7:00pmSaturday Premium: Additional £1.22 per hourSunday Premium: Additional £2.27 per hourContract Type

Due to the nature of this role, successful applicants will be required to complete the following checks:
