GR Employment Ltd is recruiting Packing Operatives on behalf of our client, Libman Brands, based in Wellingborough.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment with regular shifts available across mornings, afternoons, and nights. The role is offered on a temporary basis, with work availability subject to business requirements.

About the Role

As a Packing Operative, you will be responsible for packing, labelling, and preparing products for distribution while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The role may involve working on production lines, packing products, machine operating, quality checking, and carrying out other warehouse duties as required.

What We're Looking ForA strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and accountability.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Previous experience within a warehouse, packing, production, or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.Language Requirement

Applicants must have a sufficient level of spoken and written English to understand training, health and safety instructions, and workplace communications necessary for the safe performance of the role.

Key ResponsibilitiesPack, label, and prepare products for distribution in line with company standards.Ensure products meet required quality standards before dispatch.Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.Work as part of a team to achieve daily production and performance targets.Operate machinery and production equipment where authorised and trained.Carry out quality checks on products and packaging.Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors.Support other warehouse and production tasks as required.Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
