Farm Manager

Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring top standards of animal health, welfare, and egg production.

Conduct daily poultry house checks, removing deceased birds and humanely culling unhealthy ones.

Manage egg collection, checking, and packing for dispatch.

Maintain accurate production, welfare, and feed records.

Order feed and supplies as required.

Monitor egg production and quality, analysing data to drive performance and profitability.

Ensure full compliance with all relevant industry regulations and biosecurity protocols.

Support all stages of the production cycle—from bird intake to shed cleaning after depletion.

Proven experience in poultry farm management or layer operations.

Strong understanding of biosecurity standards and poultry industry regulations.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Practical problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

Resilience, motivation, and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
