G R Employment Ltd are looking for an accountant on behalf of one of our customers who operate in free range egg production, crops, residential and business lettings in there Felstead, Essex depo, you will be working from there office one day a week for around 5 hour per week, This is a temporary placement, but for the right candidate could go permanent.

Use the accounting software “QuickBooks” proficiently WAGES - Complete both weekly wages and monthly salaries using software, currently this is Money soft but is very easy to use, and cheap!, pay HMRC and NEST. CUSTOMERS - Enter income of different types including creating sales invoices etc. and maintaining accurate Sales Ledger and including point of sale transactions (Shop) EXPENSES -Enter costs of varying types and maintain an accurate Purchase ledger BANK - Reconcile the bank accounts accurately and record other income & expenditure accordingly Complete monthly VAT returns

 

AAT level 3 diploma in professional accountancy

Statutory holiday entitlement, pro rata
